What do we collect?
To plan and run your classes well, we need a few details:

- · Phone number
- · Address details (for some purchases)
- · Payment details (via our payment provider)
- · Information about your bookings, membership and attendance
- · Health information you choose to share with us (e.g. pregnancy or injuries)

What do we use it for?
- · To manage your bookings, payments and subscription.
- · For practical communication (class confirmations, changes or updates).
- · To guide you as well as possible during class.
- · To improve our service.

Who has access?
Only people within Studio 1 Pilates who need your information to do their job can access it. We share your data with third parties only when:
- · it's required for our bookings or payments
- · we are legally obligated to do so

How long do we keep your data?
We keep your data only as long as necessary. Once you are no longer a member or your account is deleted, we keep only what we are legally required to retain (e.g. for accounting).

You may at any time:
